It’s day 17 of the Luzon-wide “community quarantine” a.k.a. lockdown. This has given me the opportunity to brush up on my cooking skills. (I know I absolutely have it better than other people, so in no way am I complaining or making light of the situation — just stating facts.) Apparently, I’m a good cook now.
