Why Mad Cherry?
Seven or so years ago, Jorj and her husband Yop and were watching a channel airing different US series. The ad for one show said “match airing”, which means the series will air here at the same time it’s airing in the US. Yop misheard it and asked, “Babe, what’s mad cherry?” And the rest, they say, is history.
Aside from its cute origin, this site was named this way because of this quote:
The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow Roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars.
