Summer’s almost here! If you’re looking for a beach getaway with your family, Sundowners in Bolinao, Pangasinan may just be the one to book.

I’m sure you’ve heard of the Hundred Islands in Pangasinan. But if you want something that’s a little more intimate, booking a vacation villa is the way to go.

What to expect at Sundowners Bolinao

Sundowners Bolinao has four major villas, each with cozy room options. The area also has a bar and restaurant and a souvenir shop.

The Cliffside Villas are located atop a hill, which gives visitors a good view of the ocean. The building’s architecture is inspired by Santorini — quite minimalist and clean. The area is pet-friendly and gives you access to the common infinity pool.

Marina Villas

If you’re not a fan of heights, perhaps you’d like to stay at one of the accommodations at the Marina Villas instead. They’re located at the foot of the hill and is the closest to the sea.

Private Pool Villas

Not a fan of shared spaces? Book a stay at the Private Pool Villas instead. If it’s just you and your S.O., the Honeymoon Suite is the perfect option because it has a plunge pool with a view — talk about romantic.

The experience

Aside from lounging, you can also book a massage or a day tour of Bolinao while you’re here.

The main down sides of the place is it’s not PWD-friendly and the ocean around it is not advised for swimming as it does not have a sand area.

The price

Accommodation prices start at P3,950 to P25,150 per night during peak season.

Want an even more private vacation experience? The Beach Mansion, which has 8 rooms, is the one to book. It’s right beside the ocean! And it has practically all of the amenities you’d want for a hassle-free time by the beach. It has a fully-equipped kitchen if you want to do some cooking but you can also just buy from the place’s C!AO restaurant. The best part is this space is actually PWD-friendly! Just take note that this is 30 minutes away from the main Sundowners Villas.

The price

The entire place can be booked for P49,950 per night.

If you want to relax completely during your stay, you can just go ahead and order from the ‘pizzeria by the sea’, C!AO Restaurant. It offers all-day breakfast, pizza (as you may have expected!), and even boodle fights. Here’s the menu.

Beach near Sundowners Bolinao

The closest beach near accommodation is Patar Beach. If you’re staying at the main villas, this is around 30 minutes away by car.

How to go to Sundowners Bolinao

If you’re taking a private vehicle, just pin the place on Google Maps or check it out below.

If you’re commuting using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cubao or Pasay (Victory or Five Star) that stops at Bolinao. Alight at the Bolinao Terminal and ride a tricycle to Sundowners (they say it’s just a couple of minutes away from the terminal).
