Getting a manicure is at the bottom of my beauty priorities. I don’t give much thought about cut, color or finish as far as nails are concerned. That’s not to say, though, that I don’t care about my hands and nails at all. I make sure they’re clean, of course. I just don’t belong to the category of beauty enthusiasts who have racks and racks of lacquers and top coats and base coats and more.
It’s very rare for me to buy nail polish. In fact, the two pictured above were picked up by my sister. I gave them a try and here are my thoughts.
Packaging and Color Selection
The Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer has a wide array of color selection. The bottles are shaped differently from the ones I’ve seen my mother buy when I was a kid. Most of the ones produced here, I think, have a narrow opening and a wider bottom. The colors are engraved on the cap, as well as the product number.
