As someone who’s been going on and off with their fitness journey, I know that the hardest part of sticking to a routine is starting one. It takes a lot of patience (with yourself) and pep talks (from you to you). As a writer/editor, I’m naturally drawn to words. So it goes without saying that workout quotes help me psyche myself up on days where I just want to lay down and get lazy.
No matter what you do or you’re interested in, though, words will always help when they need to. And if you feel like you need a little push towards your fitness goals, here are some workout quotes that will keep you motivated.
Workout Quotes for determination
